- Pick out your favorite photo of a child smiling. It could be you as a kid, your child, a relative or family friend.
- Enter your photo on our Facebook fan page facebook.com/dentalplans. Remember, each photo uploaded equals a $1 donation to Operation Smile.*
- Encourage your family and friends to vote for your photo on Facebook by commenting on your photo or simply clicking “vote.” Voting will be open until June 20th 11:59 pm, EST.
- The fan who submits the photo that gets the most votes will receive a free discount dental plan from DentalPlans.com!

Entry: To enter, you must be at least 18 years of age and a U.S. citizen or permanent legal resident. One entry per person. Pictures must be original and not taken from a 3rd party source. You must be the sole owner of the copyright of any image submitted. Your submission of the photo is your guarantee that you are the author and copyright holder of the photo. Employees of DentalPlans.com, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and public relations agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible to win. There is no entry fee. The contest is void where prohibited by law, or where the registration or filing requirements of any state or local jurisdiction have not been complied with.
Contest Details: Voting will be open until June 20th 11:59 pm, EST. The fan’s photo with the most votes at that time will be deemed the winner. Winner will be contacted via email by June 22nd.
Official Rules: DentalPlans.com is not responsible for computer system, hardware, software, or program malfunctions or other errors, failures, or delayed computer transactions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. If a winner is disqualified or determined to be ineligible, an alternate winner will be selected using the same criteria described above. Prize: DentalPlans.com will make a $1 donation to Operation Smile for each photo submitted up to $240, which is the cost of one cleft palate surgery. The fan who submitted the photo with the most votes at the end of the contest will win an annual individual or family discount dental plan, a value of $79.95 to $199.95 depending on the plan chosen.
