- Encourage your family and friends to vote for your photo by commenting on your photo or simply clicking “vote.” Voting will be open until November 1st, 11:59 PM, EST.
The fan who submits the photo that gets the most votes will receive a free discount dental plan and a $500 Visa Gift Card from DentalPlans.com!
Entry: To enter, you must be at least 18 years of age and a U.S. citizen or permanent legal resident. One entry per person. Pictures must be original and not taken from a 3rd party source. You must be the sole owner of the copyright of any image submitted. Your submission of the photo is your guarantee that you are the author and copyright holder of the photo. Employees of DentalPlans.com, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and public relations agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible to win. There is no entry fee. The contest is void where prohibited by law, or where the registration or filing requirements of any state or local jurisdiction have not been complied with.
Contest Details: Voting will be open until November 1, 2011, 11:59 PM, EST. The fan’s photo with the most votes at that time will be deemed the winner. Winner will be contacted via email by November 5, 2011.
